At DeskUp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at thierry@deskup.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return (e.g., defective item, not as described, changed mind, etc.)
  • Photos of the item (required for quality issues, damage, or wrong item claims)

Keep the Item

To make the process easier for you, we don't require you to return the item. Once your refund request is approved, you may keep, donate, or dispose of the item as you wish.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and review your refund request, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Conditions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that don't meet our policy requirements or show signs of abuse. All refund requests are subject to review and approval.
